The Florida Department of Revenue (DOR) Oct. 5 issued a reminder that the deadline for filing quarterly sales and use tax returns is Oct. 20 for the July through September reporting period. Taxpayers must file a return even if they don’t owe tax. Taxpayers filing paper returns must have their returns postmarked or hand delivered by Oct. 20.
