The Florida Department of Revenue (DOR) proposed amendments to the scope of rules governing tax collection agreements. The proposal removes provisions deemed unnecessary regarding the implementation of the Taxpayer’s Bill of Rights. A public hearing is scheduled for Nov. 4.
