Florida DOR Proposes Amending Sales, Use Tax Rule on Fee Collection, Remittance

The Florida Department of Revenue (DOR) proposed amendments to the rule governing the collection and remittance of fees for sales and use tax purposes. The proposal updates the information on how to obtain copies of Department forms. A public hearing is scheduled for Nov. 4. Comments on the proposed rule are due by Oct. 31. [Fla.
