Florida DOR Proposes Amendments to Documentary Stamp Tax Rules

The Florida Department of Revenue (DOR) proposed amendments to the documentary stamp tax rules. The amendments aim to update the rules governing the administration of the documentary stamp tax by clarifying existing provisions and removing obsolete and unnecessary ones.
