Florida DOR Publishes Gas, Sulfur Production Tax Rates Effective July 1

The Florida Department of Revenue (DOR) published the tax rate adjustments for gas and sulfur production, effective July 1. The publication includes the following new rates: 1) $0.171 per MCF (1,000 cubic feet) for gas production; and 2) $6.38 per ton for sulfur production. [Fla. Dep’t of Revenue, Tax Info.
