The Florida Supreme Court will review the tax-exempt status of a city-owned golf course that lost its exemption after a private company took over management responsibilities.
The Supreme Court accepted jurisdiction Thursday following an appeal by the City of Gulf Breeze, which owns Tiger Point Golf Club.
