The Georgia Department of Revenue (DOR) amended its regulations regarding the values of conservation use land and forest land protection for 2026. These regulations establish nine Conservation Use Valuation Areas and Forest Land Protection Act Valuation Areas, each providing per-acre land values based on different soil productivity classifications for timber and agricultural land.
