Georgia DOR Publishes Updated Sales and Use Tax Rate Chart for 2026

The Georgia Department of Revenue has published an updated Georgia Sales and Use Tax Rate Chart, effective Jan. 1, 2026. The chart outlines the state sales and use tax rate of 4 percent, along with jurisdiction-specific rates for areas such as Fulton County outside of Atlanta, as well as Hapeville, College Park, and East Point.
