The Georgia Governor enacted a law granting tiered property tax exemptions to residents of the Bibb County school district for educational purposes. The law grants exemptions of $17,000 to residents aged 65 to 74, $32,000 to residents aged 75 to 84, and a full exemption to residents aged 85 and older.
