The Hawaii Department of Taxation Nov. 17 issued an outline of the Hawaii tax system as of July 1, for individual income, trust income, corporate income, sales and use, excise, and estate tax purposes. The outline enumerates tax types and legal references, measures and rates of tax, reports that must be filed, and when the taxes must be paid.
