The Hawaii Department of Taxation Jan. 22 released updates for taxpayers filing 2023 individual income tax returns. Taxpayers that are owed a refund, or pay their estimated tax owed by April 22, have been granted an automatic 6 month extension to file their 2023 tax returns. The updates also include information on the adoption of federal tax provisions, the new Form N-11SF, and frequently asked questions regarding the filing extension. [Haw.
