The Hawaii Governor June 3 signed a law exempting medical and dental services provided by health care providers to patients who receive Medicare, Medicaid, and TRICARE benefits from the general excise tax. The law takes effect Jan. 1, 2026. [S.B. 1035, enacted 06/03/24]
