Hochul Says She Won’t Raise NY Income Taxes in Next Budget

New York Gov. Kathy Hochul said Friday she’s “not raising income taxes” in next year’s budget, as she faces questions about the state’s plan to fill funding shortfalls at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority after she paused a congestion pricing plan earlier this year.
