The Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department Sept. 25 posted an updated guidance regarding the 15 percent global minimum tax on specified multinational enterprise (MNE) groups, in accordance with the OECD Pillar Two Global Anti-Base Erosion (GloBE) Model Rules.
