Idaho Governor Signs Law Adding Sales and Use Tax Exemption for Certain Small Sellers

The Idaho Governor signed a law amending the Idaho Code to add a new sales and use tax exemption for certain small sellers. The new section states that Idaho residents engaged in making small sales of tangible personal property are exempt from sales and use tax imposed by Chapter 36 of the Idaho Code.
