The Idaho State Tax Commission announced that effective July 1, qualified small sellers will not have to charge sales tax on all sales made in the state. A small seller is defined as an Idaho resident operating as an individual or sole proprietorship, whose cumulative gross sales don’t exceed $5,000 in either the current or previous calendar year.
