The Idaho Board of Tax Appeals modified the decisions of the Twin Falls County Board of Equalization concerning the valuations of three adjacent commercial properties owned by the taxpayer for the 2025 tax year. The appeals involved three parcels with a combined assessed value of $2,303,187, where the taxpayer argued the properties should be valued as a single economic unit at $1,730,000.
