Idaho Tax Commission Announces Automatic Extension Period for 2024 Income Tax Filing

The Idaho State Tax Commission issued a press release announcing that taxpayers who cannot file their 2024 Idaho income tax return by the April 15 deadline can get an automatic six-month extension until October 15 by paying at least 80 percent of their estimated 2024 tax liability or 100 percent of their 2023 tax liability by April 15.
