The Idaho State Tax Commission Published a press release containing information on the new Idaho Parental Choice Tax Credit program. The program provides $50 million for eligible nonpublic school expenses for Idaho K-12 and disabled students up to age 21, and allows parents to apply for a tax credit of up to $5,000 per student, and up to $7,500 for disabled students.
