The Illinois Department of Revenue (DOR) announced that the 2025 Illinois Tax Amnesty Program will be held from October 1 through November 17. The program allows taxpayers to pay certain outstanding tax liabilities from periods ending after June 30, 2018, and before July 1, 2024, with penalties and interest waived if paid in full during the amnesty period.
