Illinois DOR Issues 2020 Withholding Income Tax Schedule P Filing Requirements

The Illinois Department of Revenue (DOR) Dec. 1 issued information on 2020 withholding income tax Schedule P filing requirements for corporate income and individual income tax purposes. The DOR stated that beginning with the 2020 tax year, Schedule P must be filed with every Form IL-941 and Form IL-941-X to verify Illinois income and withholding records. The first Form IL-941 with the new requirement to include Schedule P must be filed on or before April 30, 2020. The DOR provided a copy of Schedule P with instructions. [Ill.
