Illinois DOR Issues General Information Letter on Rolling Stock Sales Tax Exemption

The Illinois Department of Revenue (DOR) July 11 issued a general information letter regarding rolling stock sales and use tax exemption. Taxpayer inquired about the purchase of a trailer for the sales tax exemption based on rolling stock.
