Illinois DOR Issues Instructions for Form IL-1120, Corporation Income and Replacement Tax

The Illinois Department of Revenue (DOR) Jan. 1 issued instructions for Form IL-1120, Corporation Income and Replacement Tax. The form must be filed by corporations that: 1) have net income or loss under the Illinois Income Tax Act; or 2) are qualified to do business in the state and required to file a federal income tax return.
