Illinois DOR Issues Instructions for Income Tax Form IL-990-T-X

The Illinois Department of Revenue Dec. 1 issued instructions for 2020 corporate income, individual income, and trust income tax Form IL-990-T-X, Amended Exempt Organization Income and Replacement Tax Return. Taxpayers should file the form to amend a previously filed Form IL-990-T, Exempt Organization Income and Replacement Tax Return, for changes that affect items used to figure their Illinois net income, net loss, or credits.
