The Illinois Department of Revenue (DOR) proposed amendments to income tax regulations concerning transactions with 80/20 affiliates. The proposal implements statutory changes that modify provisions requiring taxpayers to make additional modifications for interest or intangible expenses paid to 80/20 affiliates.
