Illinois DOR Proposes Amending Rules on Leveling the Playing Field for Illinois Retail Act

The Illinois Department of Revenue (DOR) proposed amendments to rules implementing the Leveling the Playing Field for Illinois Retail Act. The proposed rules extend the provisions to servicepersons and service occupation tax and remove the 200-transaction tax remittance threshold for establishing nexus.
