Illinois DOR Releases Instructions for Form RB-1-L, Limited Bingo Tax Return, Relating to Excise Tax

The Illinois Department of Revenue (DOR) May 1 released instructions for Form RB-1-L, Limited Bingo Tax Return, for excise tax purposes.
