Indiana Caps Residential Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credit

The Indiana Governor signed a law concerning natural and cultural resources. The law includes: 1) establishing a procedure to be followed for unpaid property taxes assessed on a mineral interest; and 2) adding a $10,000 cap to the tax credit for taxpayers completing preservation or rehabilitation of historic properties.
