Indiana DOR Issues Letter of Findings Granting Taxpayer Refund on Additionally Assessed Income Tax

The Indiana Department of Revenue (DOR) had previously issued an assessment against an individual taxpayer for additional 2018 state income tax based on underreported federal adjusted gross income, but the taxpayer provided documentation showing his federal income was correctly reported originally and the extra income was due to identity theft.
