Indiana DOR Issues May Tax Bulletin on Unemployment Income Information, Federal COVID-19 Tax Provisions

The Indiana Department of Revenue (DOR) May 13 issued the May Tax Bulletin for individual income, corporate income, trust income, and excise tax purposes. The bulletin includes information on: 1) unemployment benefits and taxes; 2) INTIME functionality for all tax types affected by Project NextDOR’s Rollout 3; 3) Indiana tax treatment of federal COVID-19 provisions; 4) updates to Income Tax Information Bulletin 119; and 5) the DOR’s online events.
