May 2, 2025, 7:02 PM UTC

The Indiana Department of Revenue (DOR) issued a letter of findings partially sustaining taxpayer’s protest against a proposed assessment of International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) tax plus interests for tax year 2021. DOR held that the taxpayer had successfully provided additional documents to reduce the proposed IFTA assessment and DOR will issue a supplemental audit bill showing a reduced amount owed by the taxpayer.
