Indiana DOR Updates Gasoline, Special Fuel Tax Rates

The Indiana Department of Revenue (DOR) published a departmental notice announcing updated rates for the gasoline license tax and special fuel license tax effective July 1. The notice provides that for the period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, the gasoline license tax rate will be thirty-seven cents ($0.37) per gallon, and the special fuel license tax rate will be sixty-three cents ($0.63) per gallon.
