The Indiana Board of Tax Review reduced taxpayer’s property tax assessments for both 2023 and 2024 to $378,700 following their appeal against the Porter County Assessor. Taxpayers challenged assessments of $512,000 for 2023 and $530,600 for 2024 on their 11.094-acre property in Hebron, which included a home, pole barn, and land used for both residential and agricultural purposes including hay farming and beekeeping.
