The Iowa Economic Development Authority (EDA) adopted new regulations establishing the Film Production Incentive Program and Fund. The regulations outline eligibility requirements, application procedures, and review processes for the program, which provides rebates to qualified production facilities for producing qualified productions in Iowa.
