The Kansas Department of Revenue (DOR) adopted the revoked compensating use tax regulations. The revoked rules include K.A.R. 92-20-1, 92-20-2a, 92-20-5, 92-20-6, 92-20-8, 92-20-9, 92-20-12, and 92-20-14 as the Department deems them redundant. The revocation takes effect Aug. 29. [Kan.
