Kansas DOR Releases Partnership, S Corporation Income Tax Return With Corporation Apportionment Schedule

The Kansas Department of Revenue July 1, 2021 released the partnership or corporation income tax return Form K-120S with Form K-120S AS, Corporation Apportionment Schedule, for individual income and corporate income tax purposes. Corporations using the combined income method must use Schedule K-121S, Kansas Small Business Combined Income Method of Reporting. [Kan.
