KBR Must Take Louisiana Machinery Tax Break Arguments to Trial

Kellogg, Brown & Root LLC and an ammonia maker convinced the Louisiana Board of Tax Appeals that goods for construction of a manufacturing plant can qualify for an exclusion from use tax.
