The Kentucky Department of Revenue Jan. 1, 2020 proposed to amend a regulation interpreting the sales and use tax law applicable to transactions involving optometrists, oculists, and opticians. The Administrative Regulation Review Subcommittee amended the provisions after receiving comments.
