Kentucky Requires Certain Prescribed Business Tax Forms

The Kentucky Governor signed a law that includes: 1) requiring the Secretary of State to prescribe standard forms for net profits, gross receipts, and payroll occupational tax returns; and 2) allowing the Secretary of State to determine if current forms fulfill the new requirements. The law takes effect 90 days after the legislative session ends. [H.B. 518, enacted 04/07/26]
