Louisiana DOR Publishes Bulletin on New E-Filing Rules for Out-of-State Alcohol Sellers

The Louisiana Department of Revenue (DOR) published a revenue information bulletin, announcing the adoption of Louisiana Administrative Code 61:I.203, effective Jan. 1, 2026. The new regulation requires out-of-state wholesalers and manufacturers to submit sales information electronically through the Louisiana Taxpayer Access Point (LaTAP) rather than by U.S. mail. [La.
