The Louisiana Governor signed a law concerning the motion picture production income tax credit program. The law includes providing that after July 1, the Louisiana Economic Development agency, Office of Economic Development, will issue program credits for applications received after July 1 for approved state-certified productions or Quality Entertainment Companies under regulations to be promulgated by the Louisiana Economic Development agency.
