The Louisiana Governor signed a law requiring parish assessors and tax collectors to annually report ad valorem tax assessment and collection data to the Louisiana Tax Commission. The law also requires the commission to include parish-level assessment, collection, and property classification data in reports submitted to the governor and legislature.
