Maine Revenue Services Jan. 1 published estimated full value tax rates for property tax purposes. The 2021 equalized tax rate is derived by dividing the 2021 municipal commitment by the 2023 state valuation, with adjustments made for the homestead exemption, Business Equipment Tax Exemption, and tax increment financing.
