Maine Revenue Services Releases Form 941P-ME, Pass-Through Entity Withholding, Instructions

Maine Revenue Services Dec. 1, 2023 released Form 941P-ME, Maine Income Tax Withholding for Pass-Through Entities, and instructions for reporting nonresident member withholding for pass-through entities, for individual income and corporate income tax purposes. The instructions provide that taxpayers with a combined annual tax liability for all state taxes that is $10,000 or more for the prior calendar year must remit all state tax payments electronically and must continue to remit taxes electronically in future years.
