Maryland Bans Dynamic Pricing on Tax-Exempt Foods

The Maryland Governor signed the Protection From Predatory Pricing Act which prohibits food retailers and third-party delivery service providers from using dynamic pricing or personal data to set higher prices for specific consumers purchasing tax-exempt food items.
