The Maryland Comptroller issued a notice of interest rate on refunds and money owed to the State. The notice includes: 1) the Comptroller must set the annual interest rate on refunds and money owed to the State; and 2) the annual interest rate on refunds and money owed to the State will be 10.8133 percent for the year 2026.
