Maryland Comptroller Releases 2026 Local Income Tax Rate

The Maryland Comptroller has released the 2026 local income tax rate. The tax rate for Allegany County increased to 3.2 percent from 3.03 percent, while the tax rate for Kent County increased to 3.3 percent from 3.2 percent.
