Maryland Energy Administration Proposes to Repeal Clean Energy Incentive Tax Credit Program Regulations

The Maryland Energy Administration Feb. 9 proposed to repeal regulations concerning the Clean Energy Grant Program and the Maryland Clean Energy Incentive Tax Credit Program, for individual income and corporate income tax purposes. The programs are no longer administered by the agency. A public hearing hasn’t been scheduled. Comments are due by March 11. [Md. Energy Admin., Proposed Regs.
