The Maryland Higher Education Commission Nov. 8 amended a regulation on student loan debt relief individual income tax credit. The rule includes a measure removing the requirements for notarization of certain statements in the student loan debt relief tax credit application form. The regulation takes effect Nov. 18. [Md.
