The Maryland Department of Planning adopted amendments to regulations on historic revitalization tax credit certifications. The rules modify definitions, increase the maximum commercial tax credit to $5 million for standard projects and up to $5.5 million for certain opportunity zone projects, and adjust the allocation of small commercial tax credits.
